You may or may not remember that I had reached 39 months of growth from a buzzcut, and I was feeling great with my hair. Well, the brutal summers here in Texas, and honestly the feeling of wanting a change took its toll. I ended up cutting all my awesome hair off that I worked so hard to acquire. I immediately regretted it. That was 11 months ago. It will be a year since that day (hard to believe) at the end of this month. I have had no trims of any kind since the last big chop, and look forward to being back to where I was and even more. Thank you for all the support that you guys bring to this forum.

Very nice to see you check in! As a fellow Texan, I understand the Summers here! But your hair is coming along very nicely! Did you donate your hair anywhere? I cut mine off last October for no good reason and definitely regretted it. I will be posting my 1 year progress photo soon. We have to be patient as you know! Please take care!
