I'm also taking 750 mg of MSM twice a day that's part of a cartilage supplement (Osteo Biflex) but the MSM by itself can be bought too but I have knee and shoulder problems so the other things help that but MSM is for the hair. Bill mentioned on his hair pages that these hair supplements will only work if a person is deficient in hair nutrients which I was for years-I should have done something sooner. The hair supplement got rave reviews by a lot of people on Amazon (where I bought it) so hopefully it'll work for you as well!
