I think your hair looks great and I think the ends look fine in the photos. I have my hair trimmed to one length but I have always liked the "V" shape and agree with you that it's a cool look.
One thing I did that I wish that I hadn't was to trim my neck line up a bit. While it helped to make my hair less prone to tangling in the back and is a bit cooler in hot weather I would not do it again - though I did notice that my hair began to show more growth afterwards when I had thought I reached terminal so I'm not sure if it triggered something in my genes to boost the growing cycle -if so, then it was a good thing.
Getting back to you, I think just keep doing what you're doing and just minor trims of the ends every so often. You have an awesome mane - keep growing and enjoy it.

I've uploaded a video on youtube and somebody said my ends look damaged and I agree with that, my ends are damaged and look a bit thin because I trimmed it in a V-shape when it was lower back length that looked really cool.

It seems like having the hair all on one length is more socially accepted and also it would look really good in my opinion. But because I still like length, I think I will gradually trim my hair to the same length. If you had thoughts or advice on that, I would appreciate it.
