I was worried about getting any trim because it just seems counter productive, and I really love my hair the longer it gets. For the sake of hair health, and to possibly prevent stunting future hair growth I went ahead and got the trim. I will post a pic of it. Being used to the length I had, I feel like my hair is sooo much shorter. It feels like I just set my self back by at least 4 months or so :( Let me know what you think. Thanks guys ! Your support on this forum helps me when I need it the most :)

I have gotten some trims. My hair stylist said that the hair will grow stronger and longer with the "frizzies" trimmed away. We'll see if it does.
Keep us posted if your trims help to promote hair growth.
