Thanks for the update.
The pics of your current hair length are not that clear. I can not see exactly how long your hair is. However, from what I can see it looks like your long hair is agreeing with you. I think that your long hair frames your face nicely and the natural look of just letting your hair fall as it will, in other words not parting it is much more becoming.
I whole heartedly suggest that you continue to grow your hair to terminal length.
