I like your hair too! I really like the color and straightness! I am not sure about what to do with your beard. But I think it suits you well! However, you still have many years to enjoy that beautiful hair I believe!
I had long hair when I was younger. Then I joined the Air Force and had short hair for many years. Now here I am at 47 trying to grow it out again! I must say I am having a lot of fun seeing what it will look like! I will say that my hair seems to have thinned out some though.
